First Class Honours, University of Derby

In March 2026 I was awarded a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Technologies with First Class Honours. Study covered cyber security and ethical hacking, networking, machine learning and agile methods.

It built on a technical career that began with a National Diploma in 2008 and a Higher National Diploma in 2013, both in Lagos.

Trusted with critical infrastructure

At the Central Bank of Malta I led the move from legacy E1 to secure SIP-based VoIP, introduced enterprise-wide network segmentation, and led the SAML SSL VPN migration and the CashSSP move to ESCB CoreNet.

At Bank of Valletta I worked on BGP, OSPF and high-availability design for critical financial services. Today I lead systems and network at The Multiple.

Building people as well as networks

Good infrastructure depends on good teams. I managed a team of four IT operations staff at IHS Towers in Lagos, and today I lead and mentor the IT team at The Multiple. I also make time for engineers earlier in their journey.

Congratulations my mentor from Nigeria. Following your steps slowly by slowly.
